Whilst there are Zimmer frames and electric mobility scooters there will be customers for places like Michel's in shopping malls. Being primarily pensioners though, they have only a small amount to spend on their cup of tea and piece of cake.

But seriously, any of their brands could be made cool again, and thereby much more profitable, but it requires people who understand the problem to make it happen. Thats not the case here. Can't see a single thing that they have done to update any of the flailing brands. Why? Best guess is that that simply don't understand the problem.

They have lawyers and accountants that have got them out of most of their troubles but thats hardly fixing the business.
