when l chart this it's close to ARG and AFI re share movements; which pretty much match the index. boring slow and reliable.
I last owned this a few years ago but l am going back. I want more managed funds at the moment but am attracted to the yield which l calculate as ~ 9% and it's covered for 3.5 years in the annual accounts.
this is no PGF or LSF but it will pretty match the index with a very fat yield. l am back in long - have been buying.
