Sounds like you blindly followed DW into similar investments he was in and didn’t have either a) a thesis or reason for investing b) bought on hype so bad entry prices c) a decent time horizon to realise any upside on your entry prices
I’d sell if I was you - put your money in an ETF, you’ll sleep better
