Not saying PNV is a AMZN level stock but on 1 Apr 1999 AMZN was $4.30 (adjusted for stock splits) it didnt get past that price until September 2007. Or take APPL, 18 cents December 1984 and then 26 cents June 2002.
It is rare for stocks to go ballistic. It is more luck than anything else.
