That makes sense because I have noticed that Soul Patts have been selling off a number of holdings including lately in fact their latest presentation they disclosed they had sold $670 million. I doubt tgey liked where TOT ended up as they through BKW are in a JV with Goodman and even their own property investment is in high tech industrial parks.
So yes I think you are correct. I dont think the type of buildings and property TOT has would be where they see value. In fact I dont see value in them either.
