Interesting news on that building sale. I reckon the 4.6 percent yield might be based off what it's currently bringing in partially tenanted with the ability to rent out the additional space being the upside for the purchaser.
Also Tinwins I did actually receive a phone call from 360 management but have just realised I posted my account of that conversation in the other recent thread (should have kept it all together so it made more sense).
With the upmost respect I believe the 360 that regal funds management are talking about in this article is the software company that runs a very popular app allowing parents to track their kids location etc. rather than being about us. I was hoping we might have got a bit of broker interest!
