I just don't see that happening because of the huge discount. I've never heard of an LIC or REIT raising capital at an NTA gap of anything like this level. Unless it's not open to the general market and TGP plus Soul Patts and a few select institutions tip in extra funds? Another question I plan to ask management is what is making it so difficult to sell the Home HQ Artamon stake? That one has been listed as non core and for sale for 18 months at this point.
