Yeah I listened to the call and it definitely provides more colour to the future development of their land. They mentioned that they're definitely not looking to increase their park footprint anymore as it is already quite large. Which sort of makes sense as I have heard a few ppl mentioning that Dreamworld felt big and not as densely filled as some other world class theme parks.
They went on to say about the Coomera area and what it's growing to be in terms of urbanisation. Are there any NSW ppl that is familiar with the SE QLD area that can provide comparison to the Sydney area? Is Coomera going to be the new Casula or Marsden Park? Or is it more Parramatta with the medium/high density buildings?
