How ALG is being sold off is beyond me. So much value in the tangible property portfolio and fixed pricing power of theme parks. The earnings generation is arguably in the best shape it’s been in 7-8 years and all signs are pointing to management growing the top line further in next 6-12 months.
The land development adds so much optionality, do they develop it, offload it, sell and lease it back to add a complimentary operational asset? The world is their oyster with that land..
