Obviously a great story, but what are the $.
You need markets where the demand is large and insatiable.
Unless the scale is large, you just don't get the attractive operational and capital efficiency.
One issue for NextDC is they have to meet a very high standard, making it expensive to enter new regions, you want the reward to compensate the risk/work.
