It’s not really about PH1. If they put a half rack in PH1 but then decide they will move their on-prem in P1 and spend big $$ there, it’s really a play on consolidation and the ecosystem.
Building a small presence in areas like this, much like a POP (point of presence) I think is a good idea to attract new customers and additional spend in their larger data centre.
IMO of course, good debate.
