she started as an engineer in Rio Tinto which says her caliber.. I have worked in Rio and I know the kind of engineers who were engaged in Rio in 90s , predominantly vendors used to do the actual work which was predminantly offshore and they were brough onshore and the engineers who were Rio were almost managerial type who used to dress up and just talk... Rio go rid of all of their in house employees and engineers and its 95 percent outsourced now.. one young engineer even married a 50 year old senior manager just to get to top.. so when they mentioned she was Rio engineer stratigh away I got a wrong vibe..
