At the moment it isn't profitable, and the average small investor has a choice between "stick money in the bank for guaranteed interest" and "buy a cheap stock that seems to keep going down".
There isn't much hype or industry press. Nearmap was constantly in stock market media - not mapping/photogrammetry media!
The bigger deals are gov - tender websites are not sexy for example.
If you try to picture the last time you individually used aerial imagery or bought it, you probably can't.
But does any of that matter for how profitable the company will be eventually?
No, apart from needing better marketing
