Their display of the mortgage product is nice, they really need to get this out yesterday - and be paying a very competitive interest rate.

If they do, I don't think it will be for everyone, but it will definitely get a lot of traction. Its easy to understand - pay what your future mortgage would be, build a deposit and get a loan easier! (Even though thats likely not that much of an issue for a lot of people, the marketing is very appealing.)

Also confirmation on R&D grant, should hopefully push cap raise back a few months.

Otherwise, another 'promises promises' - still would like more action on all these things that they keep talking about.
