It seems that RentalRewards has taken over Advantage, TransCard and Easypay Card
The meat of that article is negatively aimed at RR and its a shame that we are dragged into the crossfire.
The company that owns RR (ZenithPayments) is also owns a few gift card business with similar issues when you read through the online reviews.

If consolidation and partnerships are on the cards I hope its not with ZenithPayments.
