HVN and JBH are different business. Please just visit any shopping center and use your eyeballs to check it out. Hvn run on high margin model which work before the internet became so popular that most people can check out the retail price instantly online. JBH on the other-hand, has always run on low margin model and become more popular among price sensitive consumers. During an economic downturn, the low margin business can maintain its market share while high margin one will struggle to compete. As for the share price, probably the major holder has no interest to buy up the price tag. In my opinion, the motivation to rise share price is only when you want to offload your shares or a takeover bid is coming.
