So Brett let me get this straight you sent an email judging by your post on Friday 12May at 1007 and, at 0911 on Monday 15May, because you had not received a reply at that time, approximately 8 business hours after you sent your email, you have concluded that the company was not only on the precipice but had indeed "fallen off a cliff".
