if the market is "bad" then maybe the stock price won't rise but the company seems to be still improving despite difficult market condition. My point is, why blame the company or management if the share price is being impacted by global and external factors that are out of their control. As shareholders I believe we should be supporting the company if they are delivering on their prospectus representations which they seem to be doing well
