After all that has happened - what? Comments by Simon and a series of acquisitions? Is that it? Is that really destruction of a bit of value?
Would also note the previously reported forecast underlying EBITDA for FY23 to be in the range of $71.5 – $73.5million excludes Nightingale acquisition. I assume this applies to $64 - $66million estimate.
Nightingale: EBITDA of $4.9 million + $15.2 million tangible assets.
Agreed - discount is nice.
