ok i have egg on my face with this position
I thought price weakness was end of year tax loss selling and ex-owners of the bought out businesses exiting their escrew shares.
I was wrong, and this trading update not good.
As ROEROC, there is always risk with roll up businesses, and this risk has now presented itself.
I sold today and cop the loss and use it as a tax offset (I have lots of realized CGT this FY).
On the sidelines now.
