first time posting on HC but I'm active on other forums.
Ive followed DGL since listing, never got on the train and thought I missed out. I like companies that grow organically and via acquisitions. I came close to catching this falling knife around $1.15--$1.20 mark, but thanks to dumb luck I was busy with work and then next thing the downgrade was announced.
I saw another poster mention these director valuations which I've never seen before and then thought to myself if they can't get their guidance right how can they get their valuations right. And let's remember it's over and above what the paid professional external valuers deemed fair value...
they say downgrades come in 3s so one more to come maybe
