    Boy, this thing has been revenge-sold to a level where the half the value of the company is now cash-backed.

    It's current EV is around NZ$13m.

    $13m EV for a business with a $50m Revenue base, GP Margins > 60% and and generating over $4m pa in EBITDA.

    It's being priced like the business model is broken.
