I am not an expert, just sharing my thoughts
As a long time holder, I understand and share the frustration that some of you have, which is completely legit given the decline in share price since Sept 2021
That said, I do believe SWP management is highly skilled in the telecom sector. Many of them ( most part I believe ) were part of Vocus during its successful years, and I trust they are committed to growing the company using their expertise and strategic approach
IMO there's no intention from their end of sitting around till we receive a takeover offer, I think quiet the opposite also given the large amount of shares the directors are individually holding
I believe Swoop will attract interest from investors looking for a solid and reliable company, while we are NOT in a good spot today I see SWP as a long-term investment and I believe management is committed to turn things around
