You have misread it.
Xero is moving away from the high growth model.
It is now about balance sheet strength.
Growing at 15% is fine, but you need to look at the operational exp and ARPU.
They have a net profit of 10%, the goal should be to increase this to 20% at the sametime maintaining 15% growth (which is possible).
Overall, Xero is still a risk play, but has tremendous pricing power
