As an investment it depends a lot when you bought Xero.
At the current levels there are obvious risk if you are buying in.
However, the question is really about net profit margins and revenue growth.
If management can increase net profit from 10% upwards at the same time increasing revenue at 15%. The curreny MC is reasonable.
For me this is still a long term hold past 2030 and potentially longer. Cloud accounting services will grow, especially in the UK / USA, as wide spread adoption has not occured yet .
