Agree- that's the key question. If the market is essentially a weighing machine that tries to anticipate the future value of a company, then I think XRO is a good bet even at current price.
I am confident that $500m now will be 3 to 4 times that in a few years based on the ambition of the executive team, the investments they're making and their execution to date. The leadership of the firm is now solidly Silicon Valley rather than A/NZ. Cutthroat but effective.
I'm in. A combination of increasing prices (there are more planned over the year), improving the product, and acquiring new customers will do it. But I think in the short term there will be volatility in the SP.
