Inrterested to hear what others make of this announcement:
Deferring release of its results to complete long term debt financing arrangements? According to their update 26 April they had secured funding commitments including the upsizing and extending of ANZ term loan facility.
Not a good look having to get your house in order a week before results were originally to be released. Begs the question if there are Auditor issues. There is a poor history.
