I've got this dog of a stock in my portfolio.
The worst run company by a mile from a non-existent management. The new (not so new) CEO is absolutely useless!
They have bought so many companies through cash and shares that the amount of shares have increased by 50%, diluting shareholders.
Worse still, nearly all of those companies have been duds and have contributed zero to profits.
