    2024 stores have shut being some 11, over 10%, and the rent adjustment was $9.4m in 2024 with a greater number of stores, and unsure of any renegotiated terms of existing locations, so adjust accordingly. Critical is resumption of growth and rate of growth at +60% gross margins now achieved.
