Agree property expenses should be lower but in the interests of being conservative?
TGP buying out TOT is quite possible.
Could the two merge so management retain the TOT shareholder equity and retain their cash for other purchases
Although either way management would loose their TOT fees. Do management fees in TGP relate to assets under management?
