Does anyone have an update with regards to the ASIC trial against Nuix Ltd for misleading investors during its IPO?
I notice that the ASIC investigations against the CFO and his brother, for insider trading have been dropped. The case against Macquarie Group for inflating Nuix's numbers has been dropped. But the case against Nuix Ltd (i.e. us shareholders) has actually gone to trial.
So the slime balls who cashed out with tens of millions, using insider trading and inflated IPO numbers, have all got off scott free, but we are in court being sued for misleading investors during the IPO.
If Nuix Ltd is found guilty, does anyone have an idea how much Nuix will need to pay?
