I never pay much attention to the immediate reaction to news. Only traders can react so quick to news, and at the end of the day all they really do is hammer different buttons hoping they'll get a win. Hence the irrationality of the reaction. The investors take more time to analyse, and react over the course of the following days and weeks. Should hopefully shoot back up once investors have had a chance to analyse this properly
