Valuation looks quite cheap but issue as all know is a very poor hedge book, significant stripping cost... So even with record gold prices RED could struggle to make much dough here... Everything here feels bit like RRL few years ago... Goodluck to holders but could be heading for 25c...
Yes there is near half a bil of cash on hand, but if cash on hand really mattered you wouldn't see companies like MGX trading with market caps well below cash on hand...
On the positive side, they have chosen a good name for themselves... RED5...could see them red for a while..
