I had a listen to the link that you kindly posted. I was interested more-so in what the analysts commentary was in terms of the bear case. First up though, Seneca stated that "they had bought a small amount at lower prices" and then sold out. And here's their bear case;
1. Valuation
2. Inclusion into the ASX 200
3. Insider selling & recent capital raise
4. Market sentiment

I'm assuming that Seneca do not hold and probably never will hold the likes of TNE, PME, ALU, WTC, XRO. Out of those companies, Altium is the only one with clear net buying from insiders. Audinate has a long way to go to match these companies. They're not going to shoot the lights out in the FY24 report as the guidance that they have given is clear; Growth consistent with historical performance, ongoing profitability, a reduction in sales order backlog and watchful of a softening global economy in the 2nd half of 2024. The share price got well ahead of itself. This pullback (and potentially more) is needed.

Hopefully soon, I can buy more for my children. They've already made a killing in Audinate.
