Good grief! That's enough to cancel Uber as a service - taxis or DiDi in future.

What Uber boy must get his head around is just how do they have the ability to pay more dividends than the EPS - its temporary of course, but we're loving it - the answer is deceptively simple. This is a very talented management team and they get contractors to pay in advance - super smart.
Contract work is lumpy but the company is upbeat (and they have shown an interest in OS work - previously they were totally Australian bound) - here's a couple of expressions from the AR for FY24

The FY24 rev was down - yes - they are a victim of the Lithium shutdown craze via West Musgrave, owned by BHP - but have a look at their improving NPAT as a % of rev - impressive.
Can't say anymore than this is a very experienced management team with significant skin in the game and an excellent record for avoiding risky projects.
