Yes and my AFL team had the most shots on goal but lost the game. That's the system, which prevents the east coast and the west coast getting their way over the flyover states. It's got something to do with a small notion of equity and fairness and equal representation and things like that - an alien concept to most of the left. If it was the other way around then a bunch of homeless people would have the opportunity to run rampant.
As far as who wins in the US and the effects that will have on the POO well I would rather it fall and have a strong stable economy than a higher POO due to a pathetic non workable energy policy and the accompanying chaos and incompetences inflicted by the left side of politics.
