Simple? You are an expert then? Feel free to input your expertise to the contractors who are building it. If by chance you have no expertise, feel free to get yourself educated and then question the contractors.... and do feel free to enlighten us all as to why the contractors faced problems, which they appear to have resolved. You do know the history of this project of course, the failed contractor and the story of how the project was rescued.
By the way, there are ethical ways of investing, but you already know that, right?
