Management are being real here.
The value for AMI is developing and exploring its own tenements with a simple idea of filling its existing mills and fine tuning them for maximum yield.
IMHO- There is plenty of opportunity to tweak yields/recovery
Merger and Acquisition is not needed for many many years and by then the market may make deals,true cheap bargains as add-ons.
The reality yet to be understood by many,is existing permitted operational plants are worth more than any tenement with twice the grade in the area AMI processes and a DFS.
The cost of installing plant is now astronomical and time getting appropriate permits so much harder to navigate given every greenie needs a say as to why you can't.

The transition of AMI to a steady income maker is taking place.
A tickling of plant yields is worth a lot more than any new resource to mine.
Once again -IMHO - There is yet potential for AMI to do this for immediate returns.
Also - Do not think paving a road to the mill is not without a view to what ore resources in the future will use this road after the target resource is depleted.

That sort of incremental pre-thinking took FMG from a small operator to a big one.
Once again you get a chance to buy at less than Mr Brasil bought the majority of his interest if I am not mistaken in a company in a far worse state,
