I am hearing that their Local Government area is tanking. They have had two solutions IT Vision and Ready Community. IT Vision has well over 100 small councils and Ready Community has over 20. They have mismanaged the acquisition and didn't tell anyone until recently that they would all have to move to Ready Community Solution. They have lost all their large councils to TechnologyOne such as Geraldton, Pilbara, and a couple to Datacom such as Albany and Harvey.

All the small councils are upset with them, as they mentioned they were told they will have a go-forward with the IT Vision Altus solution which has now been closed. Most of those hundred plus are looking at other small market solutions such as Magiq, CouncilWise, Civica, or Datacom. Of course ERP implementations take a while so this revenue will start being lost next year when they don't have to pay ReadyTech anymore. They tried to take people from TNE who have been successful with taking councils to their new solution and charging them more in the process. The thing they really missed is that in the large council space that TNE operates in, there is not much of a choice for the big councils. In small council space in which ReadyTech operates there is a lot of choice, they mismanaged the acquisition and now are paying the price.
