Yep I think there's a decent chance. They can't pull their normal stunt of a CR because they've just done one & surely the board must realize there's going to be a spill vote so they're out in time for Xmas. So maybe they'll be more receptive as they'll be punished by shareholders if they just dismiss another offer well above the SP out of hand.
I watched the end of the presentation recording online to see what the questions were & they didn't show any. So either they cut that bit out or they didn't answer any questions
