That's the medical industry. It takes a lot of hard work and time to get products in but once you're in its a cash cow. I think management did not realise how much time it takes to get products used in the industry, lost a ton of cash unfortunately and only now realising you have to run lean and sit on your hands a long time before getting anywhere.
