(The controversial, much criticised: my words) Suburban Rail Loop (Melbourne) contracts will see more activity, plus two stations on Sydney Metro West.
Industrial services is just as important as formwork as it gives high certainty of earnings: exposure to clients such as BHP/Ampol/Snowy Hydro.
It is looking at acquisitions in NSW and WA: it won't pay above 4x earnings multiples.
Formwork has never been positioned better. Screens and Jump Form also good.
ACF is confident of maintaining its market share.
Industrial services businesses acquired are (as said above) performing well, and better than expected.
c.20 per cent growth in revenue plus double digit EBITDA growth. There's some uncertainty as to when projects in Queensland will commence. The CFMEU issues have been (badly) affecting builders/ developers but with the Federal Government taking action this should resolve. (But legislation is stuck).
