The probable (most welcome) change to a Liberal National Party (LNP) State government in late October will presumably see major project management changes in the public service, and also a close look at each proposal. I'm guessing there may be more usage of existing facilities that are marginally 'dressed up' or converted temporarily. The Parisian Olympics had a swimming pool that was criticised for not being sufficiently deep, but it was the latter (temporary). Lots of moolah can be saved in that way.
