A good management team that knows the business and strives for out perfomance
High enrty price for any new competitors to might try to image the business.
Some unique products and the potential to engineer more of their own products that are superior to existing products in the market place
A business that is prepared to provide forecasts as they have a good grasp of the business.
A business that provides a conservative outlook intentionally.

By looks of the Morgans research a growing divy yield for next year.
