Yours is a viewpoint, but that’s all it is, it certainly cannot be accepted as the ‘industry viewpoint’. There was pushback when colour TV arrived in 1975, I remember! Actually, the people 3D must impress are the money people who make the decisions. My own view is that they would get a better grasp of a future concept with 3D. I do know that the medical people who have to interpret blurry black & white interpretations would love 3D colour. Want proof? My wife has a somewhat rare horseshoe kidney. She volunteers as a patient to a company training the soon to be docs/specialists. Most of them get the blurry images WRONG.
