Maybe it's just me but I didn't think the results were all that bad. This business is trading around 10x earnings, paying 6% fully franked, has its snout in the trough of government infrastructure projects and is facing into a cyclical upswing in residential development which is at a lull right now.
They're paying full freight tax, they've issued a few more shares than we'd like and dilution is a factor too. A little bit of smoke and mirrors... but a lot of opportunity to keep deploying incremental capital at high ROI and valuation is very compelling.
