One positive:

If it's tough for me to buy, then if any big players decide to buy, it'll be even tougher for them, with my parcels already taken off the market.


Is the company likely to generate investor interest or takeover interest at some point? Maybe if they continue to grow, change to cashflow positive (reducing risk), and gain market share (interesting to any competitors/acquirers).

E-books is becoming less significant, which is probably a good thing (since it has lower margins anyway).

Not sure of the magnitude of WA school receipts deferred. But other quarters were showing improvements of around +20% vs PCP, but this quarter was -4%. So I guess the deferred receipts were $100-400k. (Big range since I don't know) So maybe this coming quarter will be positive skewed by $200k (a bit deceptively positive, but making up for this Sept quarter which was skewed down).
