My thoughts is that there are 5 people on the buy list and they have completely killed any interest from the market even after an update and financials release and its going to stay that way for a long time until they decide to give us another update whenever they feel like it , they have given them selves a payrise and basically told us the same thing they have said as the last few times. Yep cant see centrals doing a hell of alot either. And yes i know i dont sound positive but i think my reason for it a pretty straight forward.
