The real measure of value is it's potential. The recent sales are welcome and provide a buffer against any cap raising but it's the potential with a class leading patented product that will get this stock running and once there is a sniff of real interest from the U S dep of defence or from other federal agencies then you'll be looking at a share price in the dollars and not the cents.
