They would have exclusive rights to alot of the distribution in Australia. Hoka for one, which I see is selling at alot of non AX1 stores. UGG? I'm sure there are heaps which are sold in 3rd party apparel stores via wholesale. Does Rebel sell Hoka? Can't remember if I saw it at westfield last time.
I also have KMD, which have been destroyed in last 12 month, and wholesale for them is down massively.
